Since our products are digital keys delivered instantly, cancellations are generally not possible once the key has been revealed or delivered to you.
If you have placed an order but haven't completed the payment yet, you can simply ignore it. Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after a specific period.
If money was deducted but the order status is 'Failed', don't worry. The amount is usually auto-refunded by the gateway within 5-7 business days.
